You can start from any of the Ladin valleys, and the restaurants, huts and refuges near the Dolomite roads will be offering cyclists delicious dishes for added enjoyment and pleasure. Everyone can take part and there is no registration. A local group will be providing musical entertainment at the departure point in Corvara. A DJ and speaker will be there to liven up the morning. To celebrate Sellaronda Bike Day's 10 years, there will be extra entertainment along the passes and a commemorative jersey will be designed.
From 2015, the Sellaronda Bike Day is going social. A contest will be launched on social media, which will allow anyone to write a phrase inspired by the world of bikes and by their own experience linked to their passion for two wheels. The best phrases written about the Dolomite pass roads... a reminder of a similar initiative launched by the Giro d'Italia.
Don't miss this magnificent opportunity to pedal in complete freedom on one of the most beautiful routes ever. The event is open to all. It is absolutely non-competitive and totally free of charge!
