What better way to train your body than at altitude, outdoors, and surrounded by nature?

Fitness is now commonly practised, exercise and physical activity with special equipment, or even just using your body as resistance.
Part of our Movimënt parks has been dedicated to fitness, by providing various professional outdoor equipment that can be used freely and at any time to keep in shape, against the uniquely breathtaking panorama of the Dolomites.

A real open air gym has been created above Piz La Ila and Piz Sorega. Abs, biceps, triceps, pecs, toning up has never been so enjoyable.

The crisp air of 2,000 meters above sea level offers an extra benefit. In fact, it improves blood circulation, concentrating oxygen and energy. All topped off with the scent of nature that surrounds you and makes every workout different.

There are tables explaining how to carry out the exercise and some nutritional information, there exercises can be easily practised by everyone, beginners and experts alike.

You can use the equipment for fitness, or to warm up before going for a walk, as targeted training for sport or as a last effort before going back down to the valley. Stretching, warming, and muscle strengthening exercises are all highly recommended for a healthy and revitalizing physical activity.
